Help for parents and carers who use Whetta on the website or in the app.
Help
Email hello@whetta.com. Tell us the email address of your parent account and whether you use the website, an iPhone or an iPad. Please don't send passwords or verification codes; we never ask for them.
Getting into your account
Whetta accounts belong to a parent or carer who is 18 or older. Children never have their own accounts or passwords.
- Didn't finish verifying your email? Send a new verification email, enter its code on Whetta, then sign in as usual.
- Forgotten your password? Choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page or in the app.
- Joining by invitation? Create your parent account with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
Your children's profiles
A parent adds each child's profile from Family, using a nickname rather than a full name. From Family you can change a profile, reset a child's saved progress, withdraw consent for saved progress, or delete the profile. While a child is using the app, Family and the other grown-up settings stay locked until a parent signs in again.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all your children's profiles in the app (Me, then Account & privacy) or on the website. Deleting your Whetta account explains what is removed and what to do if you cannot sign in.
Privacy and terms
The Whetta privacy notice explains what Whetta stores about you and your children, and why. The terms of use apply to your account.
